Flexible composite high-pressure pipeline is a kind of oil and gas industrial pipe with high strength, high pressure, corrosion resistance, scale resistance, small friction coefficient, good thermal insulation, good flexibility and long service life made of polymer composite materials.

PRODUCT STUCTURE:

Inner layer: Extruded with PE or other modified polymer material.

Intermediate layer: Enhanced layer with aramid fiber, steel wire or other high-strength material by composite molding.

Outer layer: The factory traditional color is black, however, customer preference color can be provided with or without UV protection.

FEATURES:

Suitable for H₂S and CO₂ resistance, smooth inwall, good abrasion resistance, high transportation velocity, anti-flaming, anti-static, no fire operation, safe and fast construction, high safety factor.

DESIGN TEMPERATURE: -40℃ to + 90℃

DESIGN PRESSURE:≤30MPa
